Our quality

Graded, bonded, and tested

Testing

We make it, then we test it

Most timber arriving in India carries a certificate from somewhere else. Ours is tested on the same site it is pressed on, so a batch can be checked before it ships rather than after it arrives.

  • Block shear — bond strength and wood failure percentage, to EN 14080:2013
  • Four-point static bending — bending stiffness and bending strength
  • Moisture content — before grading and before lamination
  • Glue-line thickness — measured against the adhesive specification
