Supply to specification
You have drawings and a structural engineer. We manufacture the members to grade and geometry, source the connection hardware, and deliver to site.
A press line, clamping jigs for curved members up to 2.2 m chord, and a finishing floor — under one roof, so nothing leaves the site half-made.
You have drawings and a structural engineer. We manufacture the members to grade and geometry, source the connection hardware, and deliver to site.
You have an intent and a site. We take it from structural design through manufacture to an erected structure, with our installation partners on site.
We look at span, loading, geometry and location, and tell you quickly whether glulam is the right material and roughly what it will cost.
Our engineers, working with structural engineers in Europe, size the members and resolve the connections.
Every member is drawn with its connections and dimensions, and issued for your approval before anything is cut.
Grading, finger jointing, pressing and finishing at Siliguri, with testing before despatch.
Members are protected, loaded and routed to site, long members included.
Erected by our installation partners, or handed to your contractor with full drawings and a method statement.
Our plant sits in Siliguri, which puts the North-East, Sikkim, Bhutan and the eastern corridor within straightforward reach. We also deliver across India, and have members under discussion for projects in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and Noida.
Long members change the logistics rather than prevent them. An 18 metre beam travels as an over-length load and needs a route, a delivery window and room to offload. We plan that with you at quotation stage, not after the members are pressed.
We will come back with feasibility and a price.
